Return Policy: In Store Purchases:

Purchases placed on-site are for merchandise as is and are subject to Manufacturer's warranties. Receipts must accompany all returns. Returns must be in the same condition in which they left the store and must be made within 10 days of purchase.

Most of the Products we sell have a Manufacturers warranty.  Below is some of those Warranties, just click on them to view them or if the Product is not listed below contact us and we will give that information to you.

Special Orders require a 50% deposit. Cancellation of a special order require a 25% restocking fee.

Return Policy: Shipping

Shipping is through common carrier for larger items. For smaller items we generally use UPS. Shipping runs a minimum of $20. Shipping varies by item, region and location. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote. . Please note all damage immediately, and report them to the Shipping Company immediately.

Tips to follow when receiving shipped items:

• Do not accept packages if damage is visible

• Always sign the receipt "Subject to inspection for concealed damage"

If packages are signed as "received in good order", then the responsibility is yours. Please call us or contact us and we can send you appropriate claim forms, or you may follow up with the carrier yourself.
